Rooibos Chai
South African Rooibos blended with traditional spices of cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, ginger, star anise, peppercorns and cloves.This Chai has a very balanced warming blend of spices with forward flavours of anise, pepper and ginger. The brew has very little bitterness due to the low tannin levels in Rooibos, so making a cup of Chai with milk and sugar is smooth and sweet.
