This blend is in the Tea Vault, and is out of regular inventory rotation. You can still order this blend with minimum quantity 250g and a lead time of 2 weeks. Once in a while, a tea may come out of the vault for a limited time, when smaller amounts can be ordered until the tea is sold out again.
Bright Meyer Lemon flavour on a high grown Ceylon tea from Kenilworth with sapphire blue French Lavender buds. Makes a bright lemon black tea with the herbaceous aroma of lavender. Great as a refreshing iced tea!
Blenders Notes: This tea is a blend of two sought after flavour combinations: The first is lemon with black tea, as citrus cuts the astringency of the Black tea and has been added to black tea for centuries. The second is the contrasting lavender flavour paired with lemon in a classic flavour duality found in essential oils and in numerous baking recipes. The overall aroma is strong lemon, and the lavender plays the supporting roll once infused in the cup.
