It's Tea Season! Which means it's busy, busy, busy here in the tea girl laboratory. Please make sure you order with enough time in advance of needing your tea, as with the higher volumes of orders, it is taking longer to process them all. You can track your orders online and through your email and also using Shopify's Shop app. All orders get a notification when they are filled!

As we head into our busy Christmas season orders are typically filling online orders within 4-7 business days. Orders regularly ship out on Mondays and Thursdays.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are based on location through Canada Posts delivery schedule. Edmonton and Calgary deliveries are typically 1 day. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75. All orders ship via Canada Post and are subject to rates and delivery times available through Canada Post. Orders within Alberta qualify for flat rate shipping of 6.50. Air shipping is available for USA & Europe.
PICK UP
If you live in Alberta, you can pick you your order at Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters, located at 11322 119 St NW, Edmonton. Our delivery days are TUESDAY & FRIDAY. During our busy Christmas season orders are typically filling online orders within 4-7 business days. An email is sent out when the orders are ready for pick up, so please wait for the email. The hours of the cafe for pick up are:
Monday - Wednesday 10am - 3pm
Thursday - Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday 11am - 3pm.
Closed Sundays.
You can pick up anytime after the delivery email during the week. Rogue Wave is open for pick up of tea and coffee beans, coffee gear and to-go beverages.
