We want you to be happy with your tea! Sometimes mistakes happen. Here's what we can accept back for returns.
Loose Tea in Bags: Within 30 days of purchase, and approval, we can accept returns on tea in unopened original sealed bags with labels. The tea will have to be mailed back to us. Email us at ilovetea@theteagirl.com to begin the process. Full online store credit will be offered for these products. Unfortunately there is no refunds on shipping costs after items are shipped. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping for any return.
Loose Tea in Tins: No returns are offered on these products, as they are considered an unsealed product. If you are unhappy with your tea flavour, email us and we can take the opened product back and offer you a discount on your next order. If you are unsure if you will like a product, contact us for a sample first.
Tea Accessories: (tea pots, strainers, spoons etc): Within 30 days of purchase, and approval, we can accept unused products back in their original packaging. The items must be mailed back to us. Please email us at ilovetea@theteagirl.com to start the process. Full online store credit will be offered for these products. After opening glued boxes or packaging or use of products, products are then considered final sale. If there is a manufacturing defect, please email us at ilovetea@theteagirl.com. Unfortunately there is no refunds on shipping costs after items are shipped. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping for any return.
Vintage Tea Cups: All vintage tea cups are considered final sale.
Broken Dreams Necklaces: Unworn jewelry may be exchanged only within 15 days of purchase. Please email us at ilovetea@theteagirl.com to start the process.
Special Orders or Custom Blends: These items are not returnable
Damaged Received Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at ilovetea@theteagirl.com. We can gladly exchange the product for you after approval.
