Shipping policy

Shipping is available within Canada only. 

Shipping Time

All orders shipped may be shipped Canada Post or UPS. If you have a preference, please let me know in the order notes and I will tag your account to only be shipped that way. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  For local orders within Edmonton and Calgary, delivery typically occurs within 1 business day after pickup by the carrier. Regional deliveries may take up to 3 business days, and national shipments up to 7 business days. Shipping notifications are sent when labels are printed, not when orders are picked up. If you receive a notice after 5 PM, your package will be picked up the following business day.

Pick Up

Orders placed for pick up are typically dropped off 2-3 business days after they are placed. Customers will receive a pick up notification sent to their email when their order is ready to be picked up. Our 2 pick up locations are:

Hours M-W 9-4, T-F 9-5, Sat 9-4, Sun closed

Daisy Chain Books in High Street. 12525 102 Ave NW, Edmonton

Hours M - Sat 10-6, Sun 12-4

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100, available for retail customers only. Excludes bulk tea sample orders and any wholesale or business customers.
