COVID & Shipping Update

A lot has changed in everyone's world and daily life since the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis.  Luckily for us, as an online retailer, we have been able to maintain our online store and deliveries with little impact. Unfortunately, most of our small business wholesale partners have had to suspend at least part if not all of their business until restrictions are lifted. Here is what you need to know about ordering tea on theteagirl.com

1) Almost all of our product stock remains unaffected, as we blend and flavour them ourselves, we can control our own inventory. We continue to flavour our tea in 1 kg batches, so your tea is always guaranteed fresh.  When a product is low in stock, you will see a note on the item and the inventory will be reduced. Most of these items will restock in 1-2 weeks.

2) Pick up is now again available for order placed within Edmonton. Our pick up location is Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters, located at 11322 119 St NW, Edmonton, and our delivery day is TUESDAY. Cut off time for Pick Up is MONDAY NOON for Tuesday delivery. All orders after cut off will be delivered the following week. The hours of pick up are Monday - Wednesday 11am - 3pm, Thursday - Friday 11am - 5pm, and Saturday 11am - 3pm. Closed Sundays. Rogue Wave is open for pick up of tea and coffee beans only, and is not offering cafe service at this time.

3)  Regular shipping within Canada is processing in a 1-2 business day time period. Cut off times for same day shipping is noon, when we can accommodate all orders that day. All other orders will normally ship next day. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75. All orders ship via Canada Post and are subject to rates and delivery times available through Canada Post. Orders within Alberta qualify for flat rate shipping of 6.50.

5) International shipping has been suspended. At this point we are unable to ship out of Canada
