During the last few days before Christmas below are the ways to get your tea orders. Remember you can track your orders online and through your email and also using Shopify's Shop app. All orders get a notification when they are filled!

SHIPPING
As we have caught up with most orders, orders the week of Dec 21-24 should ship the same day. Shipping is done via Canada Post and is taking longer than normal with increase packages. Orders within Edmonton are taking 1-2 days to arrive.
Orders placed on or after Dec 24th will be shipped Monday Dec 28th.
Orders placed on or after Dec 28th will be shipped Monday Jan 4th.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are based on location through Canada Posts delivery schedule. Edmonton and Calgary deliveries are typically 1 day. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75. All orders ship via Canada Post and are subject to rates and delivery times available through Canada Post. Orders within Alberta qualify for flat rate shipping of 6.50. Air shipping is available for USA & Europe.
PICK UP
If you live in Alberta, you can pick you your order at Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters, located at 11322 119 St NW, Edmonton. Our pick up days for this week are:
MONDAY DECEMBER 21 for orders placed by 6pm Dec 20
TUESDAY DECEMBER 22 for orders placed by 6pm Dec 21
THURSDAY DECEMBER 24 for orders placed by 6pm Dec 23
An email is sent out when the orders are ready for pick up, so please wait for the email. The hours of the cafe for pick up this week are:
Monday Dec 21 - Thursday Dec 24 10am - 4pm
Friday Dec 25 - Sunday Dec 27 CLOSED
Monday Dec 28 - Thursday Dec 31 10am - 4pm
Friday Jan 1- Sunday Jan 3 CLOSED
You can pick up anytime after the delivery email during the week. Rogue Wave is open for pick up of tea and coffee beans, coffee gear and to-go beverages.
