PICK UP
If you live in Alberta, you can pick you your order at Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters, located at 11322 119 St NW, Edmonton. Our delivery days are TUESDAY & FRIDAY. Cut off time for Pick Up is Monday Noon for Tuesday drop off and Thursday Noon for Friday drop off. All orders after cut off will be dropped off the following deliver day. An email is sent out when the orders are ready for pick up, so please wait for the email. The hours of the cafe for pick up are Monday - Wednesday 11am - 3pm, Thursday - Friday 11am - 5pm, and Saturday 11am - 3pm. Closed Sundays. You can pick up anytime after the delivery email during the week. Rogue Wave is open for pick up of tea and coffee beans, to-go beverages and outdoor seating while weather permits.
SHIPPING
During the fall/winter season, orders are processing in a 1-3 business day time period. Orders regularly ship out on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery times are based on location through Canada Posts delivery schedule. Edmonton and Calgary deliveries are typically 1 day. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75. All orders ship via Canada Post and are subject to rates and delivery times available through Canada Post. Orders within Alberta qualify for flat rate shipping of 6.50. Air shipping is available for USA & Europe.
