Tea Flavouring Workshop
Create your own tea!
A tea flavouring workshop with The Tea Girl allows participants create their own flavoured tea using supplied teas, flavours and other added ingredients. Participants also gain the basic knowledge to better understand the blending, flavouring and categorizing of teas. The event is part education and part hands on while lead by the tea instructor. At the end of the event participants get to take home their own tin of custom made tea!
Location
A space with access to a plug in and a sink preferred. A table that all participants can gather around with enough room to view and see all the teas. A kitchen table or island are great. A 6 foot folding table is available for the event if space allows or requires it.
Length
Events typically run at least 2 hours depending on the group size and speed. Please allow for additional 15 min set up and for 30 min for cleanup.
Pricing
The price of the workshop starts at $250 for up to 6 participants. Each additional participant costs $35 per person, up to a maximum of 16 people. Each participant gets to take home a tin of tea that makes about 20 cups of tea.
Tea Education Workshop
Learn about tea!
A tea education workshop with The Tea Girl demonstrates the differences between the main tea 5 tea types. Participants gain an understand of how tea production changes based on tea types, and how each type looks and tastes. The event is focused on learning and sampling tea a lead by the tea instructor. This is a great workshop to start to better understand the complex world of tea and gain an appreciation for good loose tea.
