A lighter chai based on the typical spices used in Kashmir Chai recipes. The tea uses a high grown Indian green tea from the Himalayans, with creamy nutty flavours. This blend is perfect for the change of season from summer to fall. Steeps well without milk.

Ingredients: green tea, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, rose petals, flavour.

Blenders Notes: Creating a green tea based chai is all about balance. The spice has to be strong, but not overpowering, and the tea has to be the right amount to not become too astringent when steeping. The green Himalayan tea from India supports the cinnamon and cardamom forward spices. The nutty flavours bring it all together and rose creates a nice light floral touch
