Cherry Blossom ❀

Cherry Blossom, also known as Sakura (桜), is a symbolic flower in Japan that blooms abundantly during April, signifying the Japanese concept of 'Mono no aware', or the acceptance of impermanence. The stunning blooms only last for a short period of a few weeks. This tea is carefully crafted to capture the delicate flavors of cherry blossom and rose, inspired by the beautiful and fleeting nature of these flowers. Made with a base of spring Sencha leaf, it is a perfect blend to enjoy during the spring season.

This tea combines the tartness of cherry, a hint of sweetness from berries, and the fragrance of rose petals with a light pink sparkle. The blend is created with Japanese sencha green tea, white needle jasmine, and Korean spring tea. The bright pink cranberries and cornflowers add a pop of color like the blossoming trees. Just like cherry blossoms, this Japanese Sencha only requires a short steeping time of about 1 minute for the best flavour.
