Honeybush

Honeybush leaves are widely utilized for herbal tea preparation. This plant is native to limited regions in the southwest and southeast of South Africa and shares numerous characteristics with rooibos. Both honeybush and rooibos are classified as red teas. The name honeybush derives from its honey-scented flowers. Its flavor closely resembles rooibos but with a slightly sweeter profile.
