茉莉珍珠 (Mòlì zhēnzhū) Jasmine Pearls

Hand-rolled from young green tea leaves and scented with fresh jasmine blossoms, these pearls offer a stunning visual and aromatic experience. Sourced from Fuding in Fujian Province, this variety uses a larger, more open second leaf in the roll, resulting in slightly bigger pearls. When steeped, they slowly unfurl, releasing a rich green tea flavour with a lighter, more delicate jasmine fragrance.

The infusion is smooth and refreshing, with a slightly grassy character and a lingering floral finish. Best brewed with cooler water (around 70ºC) and enjoyed over multiple short infusions to experience its evolving flavours.
