Matcha Ceremonial Grade - Nisho
Matcha Ceremonial Grade - Nisho
Ceremonial powdered green tea from Japan used in tea ceremonies. This matcha comes from Nisho, Aichi, a region known for producing high-quality green tea. Its vibrant emerald hue hints at its freshness, while the flavour offers a delicate balance of mild sweetness and subtle umami. Smooth and refined, it’s perfect for preparing “Usu-cha” (thin tea), delivering a light, velvety cup with a clean, lingering finish. Matcha is made by whisking the tea in a bowl of hot water and drinking it unaltered. Matcha is high in caffeine, nutrients and anti-oxidants.
