Blenders Notes: Lavender is often used culinary as a spice or condiment in pastas, salads and dressings, and desserts. It is a member of the mint family but has a citrus aroma and pairs well with rosemary. Unlike other teas use Lavender as a small addition, Lavender is the main base in this infusion. The blend uses the flavour compounds of the Lavender and pairs it with a mild mint, along with rosemary and sage to create a compliment of like aromas.
