Lavender Lemonade

Bright Meyer Lemon flavour on a blend of Japanese sencha and a high grown Ceylon tea from Kenilworth with French Lavender buds. Makes a bright lemon tea with the herbaceous aroma of lavender. Great as a refreshing iced tea!

Blenders Notes: This tea is a blend of two sought after flavour  combinations: The first is bright lemon with astringent tea, as citrus cuts the astringency naturally found in tea and has been added to black tea for centuries. The second is the contrasting lavender flavour paired with lemon in a classic flavour duality found in essential oils and in numerous baking recipes. The overall aroma is strong lemon, and the lavender plays the supporting roll once infused in the cup.
