The Tea Girl is operated by one woman, me, Sarah! I personally flavour, blend and pack your tea. Somedays it's a bit busy around here, so here is a guide for your orders.
Order and Shipping info
Fulfilment Time: Order fulfilment for shipping during Nov - Dec 2 up to 4 business days + shipping time.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post within Canada Only. Free Shipping is offered on orders over $80, excluding bulk samples, wholesale and advent calendars. Orders being shipped within Alberta also qualitfy for reduced $7.50 shipping on orders over $50.
Christmas Cut Offs: Orders must be placed by Dec 15 for shipping and pick up orders. (Dec 12 for Quebec & Maritimes)
Closed over Christmas: There will be no shipping or pick up orders done between Dec 20 - 27 as I am taking a week off!
Bulk Tea: Bags of 500 g or more can take +3-5 days of fulfilment as these amounts are not always kept in stock and are blended to order.
Pick Up: To save on shipping, you can pick up your orders at one of 2 locations in Edmonton: Rogue Wave Coffee or Daisy Chain Books in High Street. Orders dropped off two-three times per week. Please place orders 4-5 days ahead of required pick up day to guarantee on time fulfilment. See Maps below.
